Joan Bouza

Business Office Associate Director

Joan has held various roles in Information Systems:  Project Manager on SAP R/2 Finance implementation, followed by  Service Support Manager then OA Specialist for Supply Chain & Finance, with her last assignment in IS as Program Manager  for DAS, EH&S, SDN, PP, Human Resources and Legal.  In 2010, she moved to the Purchasing Expertise Center as the Systems/Work Process Leader for Strategic Sourcing.  Currently, she is an Associate Director for the Business Office and Learning Development group within Business Services.

Joan earned her MBA from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from Ferris State University.

Joan enjoys running, gardening and traveling with her two daughters (Danielle – 22 & Addison – 18) and her husband, Mike.
