Julie A. Hoffman, the Regulatory Public Affairs Manager with Bay County based Dow Corning Corporation has been appointed to the Bay Future, Inc. Board of Directors. Ms. Hoffman has been with Dow Corning Corporation for 25 years and recently became a small business owner in Bay County when her family acquired the Big Apple Bagel location on Euclid Avenue.  Welcome.
